Puerto Rico offers some of the most impressive diving in the Caribbean, although it is often overlooked by the diving press. This is due to a general lack of knowledge and publicity. The problem is aggravated by a lack of focus on diving by the Puerto Rico tourism industry. What this means is that interested divers are on their own when planning dive vacations in Puerto Rico.
